I wanted to cook something that would take little to no time on the stove but wasn't a salad. There are only so many salads you can eat.
So I found a recipe for a one pot lo mein. 10 minutes of prep and 15 on the hob.
Chicken, carrots, peppers, onion, spinach, garlic, ginger, soy sauce,
chicken stock. That's the basics.
That is such a lovely one pot meal in less time n hassle free too....
